JS PhotoPrep is copyrighted software. Use of the program does not constitute ownership of the program. Ownership is retained by JSWare.

The original price of JS PhotoPrep was US $15. The JS PhotoPrep program as of v. 1.58 is free to use without limitations. It is fully functional.

The conditions for licensed use of JS PhotoPrep Webpage and Scripting Editor are as follows:

There is no JS PhotoPrep tech. support explicitly or implicitly promised. You use this software at your own risk. However, an attempt is made to answer all email, to the extent that it is feasible. Any queries, requests for help, or requests for possible new features in JS PhotoPrep are always welcome.

PRIVACY ISSUES:

The JS PhotoPrep program is NOT 'adware' or 'spyware'. JS PhotoPrep has no ability to create an Internet connection and no ability to communicate over such a connection.

JSWare does not have a privacy policy per se, aside from the dictates of common sense and common decency: That the purchase of a JS PhotoPrep license does not grant to JSWare any right to seek unnecessary personal information from you; nor does it grant a right to sell such information as you may provide; nor does it grant a right to initiate clandestine, online communication for any purpose.

DISTRIBUTION :

The JS PhotoPrep program installer (except beta versions) may be distributed singly or by any mass distribution medium provided that the whole program installation file, and only that file, is distributed intact, complete and unaltered; and that there is no fee charged for the program installation file other than reasonable charges for cost of distribution.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY:

The JS PhotoPrep program is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The author further disclaims all warranties, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchant-ability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of the product and documentation remains with recipient to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

In no event shall the author be liable for any consequential, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, or other damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages from loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of this agreement or the use of or inability to use the product, even if the author has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
